Hello, I am seeking guidance regarding rainbow artifacts around the bright star towards the top of the image and those thin rainbow lines.
What could be causing it, and how can I fix it?

The diffraction pattern around the bright star is consistent with petzval scopes, and I have yet to see the rainbow, however.

These are 60's exposures, 30 each RGB stacked and calibrated with 30 flats, 30 dark flats and 50 darks.

Processing is as follows:
Stacked/Calibrated in APP
PX Processing:
Slight Dynamic crop
ABE
BlurX
NoiseX
SPCC

Set up as follows:
AP mach1
Tak 106EDX4
ZWO 6200MM pro
Astronomik Deep Sky filters

Any input is much appreciated.

Much love,
Kevin.

I suspect clipping of the marginal rays by the 48mm filters, if that is what you're using.
