Hello,

Last year I took the deep dive into astronomy and astrophotography after years of dabbling and have never looked back - it truly is a dedicated hobby bringing so much enjoyment. A few months ago I built my own garden roll-off roof observatory and since then have built out my equipment to include a Celestron C8 XLT, ZWO 294MM Pro and 120MM Mini guide scope.

I recently shifted my focus to trying Pixinsight Vs. Photoshop / Affinity Photo and look forward to providing my experiences to this great platform from Salvatore.

Welcome!

I'm not so far away - in relative terms - as I am based in the Wharfedale Valley, Yorkshire.

I too started last year in astrophotography and have become a devotee of Pixinsight.

Intend to make it up to the dark site at Kielder at some point…….

Cheers, Des
