Hey,

I currently own two lenses: Samyang/Rokinon F2.0/135mm and Samyang/Rokinon 14 mm f/2.8. Both are made for canon cameras. I was wondering if using them on a Sony camera (a7s) with a canon EF to Sony E adapter would work to begin with? And if so, will it come at the cost of image quality in any way?

As long as the lens focus at infinity nothing untoward will happen (since in your case no extra glass is involved).
