Stars not round in guide scope

Here's a 5 second exposure taken through my Altair 60mm guide scope and ASI120MM Mini camera. I focussed as best as I could using the Focus tab on ASIAir but the stars are nowhere near round. I was getting good guiding but is there an issue here that could be improved?

All that matters is how you are guiding and how your stars are looking on your main camera. If those are good don't worry about it.

I get very odd looking stars in my OAG because it is quite away from the center of the image train, and it guides with no issues.

Thanks. All seems good. I was getting 0.30 total RMS with my 1000mm Skywatcher 190MN on my EQ6-R Pro and permanent pier. That's pretty good guiding I think so I'm happy

PHD2 doesn't really need pinpoint stars.  Not sure what the scaled down version in this tool requires, but .3 is pretty good.
