Odd issue. Can't figure it out. ASIAIR (or mount) seem to be reporting wrong stats sometimes. I'm hoping this is a known issue someone has had that has an easy fix. I really love using the ASIAIR Plus and have no other issues with it. If this even an issue with it.

But I never had this issue before I got the ASIAIR and was using a laptop and Sharp Cap Pro for polar align. Using RedCat 51, ASIAIR Plus, Sky-Watcher EQ6-R, and ZWO ASI2600MC. I'm set up in home observatory on 9 inches of poured concrete with rebar. Was poured 4 months ago, is cured. Have shot well here many times. Didn't bump mount. Have proper GPS, time zone set, guide camera and main camera focal lengths set. No cables are getting caught on anything. Mount is balanced on both axes. I'm in dark rural sky. Not using a filter (though have had same issue using duo filter).

SOMETIMES (but not all the time, maybe one out of 7 to 10 times), ASIAIR says I'm way out of align when I'm not. And it's ALWAYS about 1 degree and 30 minutes out. Weird. Then I start shooting anyway and it's fine all night. OR I'll turn the ASIAIR and mount off, wait 20 seconds, turn them on and it reports proper (not out) PA, and shoots fine. Or I'll stop PA, start PA again, and it reports fine and is fine. Has been going on occasionally for months but just recently figured out it's an issue of PA reporting wrong, not PA being wrong.

I've shot a lot of things correctly using this setup. (My pix are on AstroBin). So this isn't a "clueless noob" issue. This is baffling and only happens sometimes. Got it tonight. Asiair said  PA was 1 degree 32 min and 33 seconds off. Turned off Mount and Asiair, reboot then shows PA as the 00 03 56 is correct. I started shooting from there, have been shooting 90 min. Am shooting and guiding fine (around .70) and my pix look really good.
