In the course of trying to sort out some unusual behavior I was getting from my iOptron GEM28 mount, I consulted the log files produced by iOptron Commander, the Windows application and ASCOM driver that iOptron has published for use with its mounts. While the iOptron Commander log file format is documented, it's not terribly readable and requires quite a bit of parsing before it makes sense. So I wrote a Windows application that does exactly that--reads an iOptron Commander log file and converts it into something that's much more easily digested by us mere mortals. The application reads the log file, displays the log entries in a list in readable form, provides details about each entry, and then also attempts to show the state of the mount at the time of each entry (providing a rudimentary "playback" capability).
The application is free to download and use. You can see more information and download it from my website:

Hopefully it'll be helpful to a few of you.
