ASI 294MC vs Cannon 600d for moon pictures

Hi all.
I have a ASI 294mc and a Cannon 600d connected to a ZenithZ3. 

Which one of these would preform better shooting the Moon? I know the 294 is more for DSO but would the cooling make a big difference for the Moon. 

Thinking of having a play around with a HDR moon.

Use the one most convenient for you to use and, no, there is no advantage in cooling the camera for Moon shot given their very short durations.

The two cameras have a similar FOV with that scope and also have similar pixel size.   That FOV is about five moons wide.  Adding a barlow would get you a closer image, which might be good.
