Yes, outstanding camera.  I switched two months ago.  I am going to try it on some photometry and exoplanet imaging.

Very well organized and clearly explained, Andreas.   I've been using this camera a few months and I could not agree more with your comments.  Interestingly, using the same scope as you (C11" EdgeHD), I've taken the opposite approach.  Instead of using it at f/2, I use it at f/10 for more cover detail vs. wide field.  While my processing skills are not up to your level, I have been very pleased with the results to make this hobby very enjoyable to me.
