Gain settings for the QHY 168C

Just wondering what gain and offset you use with your qhy 168c.
I currently use gain 10 offset 50 from my bottle 6 UK back garden.

Using the ASCOM driver for the QHY168c it defaults to Gain 4 and offset 30, for DSO imaging.
