Omegon veTEC 571 C Color - Big Problem, Possible Harware Issue - Any Thoughts...?

I bought last month an Omegon VeTec 571 C from Telescope-Esxpress.de . 
Until yesterday everything went well! A few test shots due to bad weather.
Suddenly camera stopped recognised by NINA, PHD2, APC and also windows. 
The power is on, the USB Hub is working fine, the ZWO guiding camera is working through Omegon as well but the camera is dead... 
Not working at all. I checked it on other computer too, i change usb ports and cables, i install again the drivers... nothing .

After running ASCOM Dignostics i got the follwing error:

*THE NATIVE OMEGON VETEC 571C IS DRIVER IS MISSING EVERYWHERE WITHOUT UNINSTALL ANY DRIVER. ONLY ASCOM DRIVERS
 ARE SHOWN BUT NOT WORKING. ALSO TUPTECK AND APT NOT RECOGNIZE THE CAMERA.

**WHEN I PLUG THE CAMERA ON THE PC I HEAR THE BEAP SOUND BUT THE CAMERA IS MISSING ON EVERY SOFTWARE AND IN WINDOWS DEVICE MANAGER.

***USB HUB IS WORKING PERFECTLY

****POWER ON/OFF LAMP IS WORKING (OTHER 3 ARE OFF)

*****THE FUN I AM UNABLE TO CHECK IF WORKING



I contact both telescope-service.de and omegon.eu and i wait for an answer. The camera is actualy new without any damage at all.

Can you please help me? Is it a hardware issue or drivers???

What can i do???

you just bought the camera and if it is dead it is the problem of telescope express ;)

only other thing I can tell you,  I myself bought a rebranded touptek camera few weeks back.
I could not make it work until a guy in the Nina discord told me that the Nina stable release isn't supporting the new touptek cameras and that I have to use a Nina beta version. 
has worked for me. 
that was in December and I have no clue if Nina devs fixed the problem already.

Yes i know or i hope that is not my problem and they have to advise me and fix the problem. As far as i test it, i hadnt any issues. If i had one issue it was that one time disconected from nina and i had to restart it...

In addition its not only NINA. All softwares are not recognize the camera...

If the Touptek/Omegon imaging software does not recognize the camera , most likely the USB circuitry in the camea is malfunctioning.As the last attempt , you could try to install Omegon/Touptek software on another PC if you have one (just to be absolutely sure) . I had similar simptoms on mine two years ago. Contacted Astroshop , sent it there and they replaced it with no much of a discussion. Within a bit more than two weeks I received the new camera and is working perfectly ever since.

Yes i try to use it on other pc and nothing... Thats why i tought that is hardware issue.
I hope telecope-express have the same service as astroshop and have a new one soon...

вы только что купили камеру, и если она мертва, это проблема телескопа экспресс ;)

Единственное, что я могу вам сказать, я сам купил камеру touptek с ребрендингом несколько недель назад.
Я не мог заставить это работать, пока парень в дискорде Nina не сказал мне, что стабильная версия Nina не поддерживает новые камеры touptek и что я должен использовать бета-версию Nina. 
работал на меня. 
это было в декабре, и я понятия не имею, исправили ли разработчики Nina уже проблему.


*** As far as I read about this problem in Discord, I myself own Touptek 571, it is about the stable operation of these cameras on the NINA 2.1 version. I was personally convinced of this, having suffered with constant camera bugs in 2.2. It is also possible to work in the night version 2.3 and it is a beta version ***

Have you tried both ascom and the native driver to see if either might work?

That error looks strikingly familiar to a glitch on my QHY camera, but not my Touptek.
