Hi guys,

I'm actually thinking about to evolve my setup.
I use a SW 200/1000 and as I shoot exclusively nebulas, I was wondering if adding a reducer on newton worth it ?
I would like to limit my expenses and a reducer on my 200/1000 could be the best solution to improve my f/d ratio and the field captured by my camera, comparing to buy a new scope.

I have seen the Starizona reducer, any thoughts about it ?

I started with the Paracorr (1.15x) and purchased the Nexus awhile back.    I haven't produced an image with the nexus yet, but I can tell you running F/3 is pretty amazing with the newt.    It becomes even more picky with backfocus and tilt however, this is one reason that I haven't used it yet.... I still need to get everything dialed in.   Also, it does introduce some vignette into the frame which bothers me a bit, but ofc it can be calibrated out.    Overall, I know the Nexus has been regarded by many as the best right now, bringing your newts power into RASA territory.   Solid collimation is going to be key to success.    For some good examples though, I'd reference @Dan Watt 's gallery.   He's doing some killer work with it!
