Something I just wanted to pass along to this group. I had some information forwarded to me about the International Dark-Sky Association looking to establish a chapter in New Mexico.

You may already be familiar with the association, but if not these links will give you information on the Association, how to become and Advocate, and how to express interest in a New Mexico chapter.

If interested, go ahead and sign up. If you do, I would like to know so I can get an idea of the interest.

I've been a member for several years as well.  We're working with IDA in Boulder on conversion of streetlights from HPS to narrowband and low color temp LEDs.  No such projects in Animas, Rodeo, or Lordsburg of course!
