EAA Brochure

Hello everybody!

Encouraged by my recent experience with first attempts using
an IMX585 sensor-powered camera I advocate the recent new
branch in astronomy, Electronically Assisted Astronomy (EAA).
The title is still disputed and certainly a bit long in that
I thought about "Astro-WYSIWYG". Heaven, forget it.

Anyway, EAA was part of my brochure "Sky Photography for
Starters", but the PDF file size grew above 100MB in that I took
EAA out and started a separate brochure for EAA.

My plan is to use self-acquired images, but I also welcome
contributions also because lousy weather just won't let me
do it under the sky. Work (hopefully) in progress.

Hi Robert!

I downloaded and looked at your EAA PDF and the moon PDF. There you have really made an effort to give a clear insight into the matter!
What you could add is the possibility to define cameras and optics in Stellarium and test the FOV's with them.
In your lunar brochure you describe the workflow for image processing and use almost exclusively Photoshop. I, for example, don't have Photoshop at all and, on the other hand, now use Astrosurface almost exclusively.

But still a great compilation and a nice website!

Hallo Micha,

Hab mir erstmal Astrosurface besorgt. 😉

CS & VG,
Robert
