I just purchased a 200mm Kokina lens at an estate sale for $50, purchased a custom made adapter from Precision Parts, and screwed it on my Atik 383 OSC camera.  It comes to focus which is great.  I also purchased a Pegasus Focuscube v2 and the gears and timimg belts to add autofocusing with Sequence Generator Pro. If anyone has been down this path, I'd love to here from them.. I am especiaslly interested in whether anyone has used a Tokina lens.

How do you connect your setup to your mount?

Hello Michael,

I'm a woodworker so I build most of my "toys" out of wood.  Actually it a great material, light, strong and very little thermal expansion/contraction.

Here is my rough setup.  I had it outside to see if it would indeed work.  It did.  I am going to give the wood several coats of black paint then screw a dovetail plate to the bottom..  I have the focuser on the right, and ultimately a guide scope on the left.
