Failed to merge channels in APP

Aries Productions Astro Pixel Processor (APP) Processing Deep Sky Help Needed

Hello dear star friends,
I have the following problem in AstroPixelProcessor (APP):
I separated the individual channels and then merged them again. Every time I get the error message:
Encountered error in module: CombineThreeChannelFloatBufferWorker.
Error message:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBounsException

Cause:
null
no trace

Does anyone have an idea how I can fix the error?

Out of my past Java experience i'd venture to hypothesize you are mixing channels of different size.

Thanks Andrea for reply, but I don't think I mixed the channels of different sizes. 
​​​​​​Maybe there is another reason for the error message.
