M45 - The Pleiades

So I'm guessing my image is noisy because I had to over stretch to get even remotely close to the image I had in my mind. I'm also guessing I had to over stretch because the moon ate my fine data (taken night of December 3, 2022). Am I right? That being said constructive criticism is welcome! Thanks in advance!

I think there are a few things to consider to reduce the noise:
- More integration time; 1.5 hours is probably enough at f2 but at f5.6, you may want more data to improve the SNR.
- Yeah avoid the moon when shooting DSOs. Star clusters and globular clusters are normally resilient to light pollution/moonlight but in this case, isn't applicable since you're trying to bring out that reflection nebula.
