EDIT:  Mystery Solved  - it is Ou1, identified in 2012 by N. Outters et al.

Can anyone help me identify this little object in Perseus near the Fossil Footprint Nebula?  It looks to me like a PN, having a similar structure to the nearby IsWe 1, but I can't find a reference to it anywhere. (Centre at 4h 07m 20.91s, +51 24' 28.3")

The wider FoV image containing this object is at https://www.astrobin.com/vnvoys/

Aladin Sky Atlas and SIMBAD catalog are very useful for such queries.

First find the location is Aladin Sky Atlas: https://aladin.unistra.fr/AladinLite/?target=04%2007%2021.519%2B51%2024%2021.43&fov=0.11&survey=CDS%2FP%2FSDSS9%2Fcolor

Then check SIMBAD on the right. Small rectangles will appear on the sky map for each object in SIMBAD catalog.

SIMBAD lists a PN candidate at this location: PN Ou 1.

Thanks, I actually found it through the HASH PN database. You can lookup the RA/DEC co-ordinates in the database.
