Hi, everyone, I was wondering if I am using 12 nm. Narrowband filters for my qhy 163 m camera, should I use a lower gain and offset, because these filters have a wider bandpass, or can I use the same gain, offset as say 6 nm. Filters, and does anyone have a good recommend gain and offset for my 12 nm. Filters for the qhy 163? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Shawn

Hello Shawn, I am going through the same sort of learning curve as well and because of this I am including a link that I find helpful, hopefully it will help you also? https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/671241-another-what-gainoffsetexposure-should-i-use-for-asi1600/

As a reminder, the ASI1600 uses the same sensor as the QHY163 so the information you will find with that CN post should apply.
