From a quick review of the iOptron manual, it looks like this 12V output is meant to power the LED for the polar scope. My older CEM60 has a similar connection, although the voltage is not labelled. Given that there is no current output rating on this 12V connection and the barrel jack may be the wrong size, I would avoid trying to power an ASI Air from this connection. The Air may need a lot more current than the CEM26 can provide which will cause problems for your mount electronics.

If you refer your mount instruction manual, it is mention the maximum allowable amp of the output 12v. for the cem70 it is totally 3A for output 12v together.
