Hi all. I have a Nikon d3500 and I have a duo narrowband clip on filter on the way , also I am thinking about converting it to full spectrum . Do these 2 work well together ? Is it worth it ?
Thanks in advance

In general, yes. I'm wondering who is making those filters for a Nikon APS-C format?

STC and it is made specifically for crop sensors for Nikon .

Personally, I would look into a cooled astro camera rather than a modified nikon or canon.  The cooling will provide much less noise, and you can reuse your calibration frames (darks anyway).  And there are adapters that let you mount camera lenses to astro cameras.  Don't forget to consider the used market either on cloudy nights or major retailers - you can find much lower prices there.  but this would also require a control system like an asi-air or laptop with NINA rather than just an intervelometer.
but it is up to your needs, interests, and budget as to what is right for you.
