It was announced on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, and the mailing list will follow on the last day of the month. Additionally, it's explained in a notice at the top of the Equipment general forum, and also when you post there. Maybe I'll add a pop-up when trying to post to the general Equipment forum, to inform that if you want to post about a specific equipment item, it would be better to post in the dedicated forum, and how to find it.
