Hello and welcome!
It appears that something went wrong with your flat frames (if you have used any) and/or the calibration procedure in Deep Sky Stacker (hot pixels have survived calibration, others went black). Also I am not sure if the appearance of the bright stars are due to the LP filter, or the image was shot under hazy skies. I think I can barely see the North America nebula at the bottom center of the image, so the bright stars should be Deneb and Sadr.
Could you provide some more info regarding software/equipment used, the calibration procedure and imaging conditions? More importantly, it would be very helpful for us if you could upload a single, unprocessed raw file from your camera.
I am really sorry that I won't try processing this image beyond the simple background modelling I've performed in PixInsight for inspection purposes. But if this is your first image ever, you shouldn't be discouraged!
Clear skies!
