Overscan and flat frame acquisition with SGP

I've been leaving the "remove overscan area" unchecked in the QHYCCD driver in SGP, because it sometimes turns off between sessions and my frame sizes don't match between lights and calibration frames. I think this is due to using a 168C and a 163M on the same computer.

When I take flats and I'm aiming for a mean of  22k is it factoring in that black border from overscan?

I figured out a solution to my own question, I should have thought of it sooner! I'll just turn on crop overscan when I run the flats calibration wizard, then turn it off when I actually take the flats, and use the same exposure times.  smile
