Help required please has anyone had problems using their qhy290mm lately, running latest ascom drivers and latest all in one qhy drivers on a qhy5111-290mm , I can connect phd2 or sharpcap and camera recognised but seems once I connect all my other devices the qhy290mm jams up and stops responding which I’m assuming may be some sort of ascom problem so wondering if anyone else had this problem with a qhy camera and did they resolve it , running under windows 10 Pro .

I had some problems with driver for QHY268. Somebody told me to also include the driver for QHY5III series and that solved my problem.

Thanks it’s the qhy5-111-290mm i’am using, trying to find which device is triggering the crash of camera at the moment .

I had a similar issue with a ASI 120mm, turns out it was a bad USB hub.
