I need help to process my Cassiopeia image to pull out the dust lanes around it
I can use PI and if needed PS (but my ps knowledge is 0)
I have around 30 lights, 0 calibration frames
What settings to use to pull out the lanes?

Can you provide a link to the entire calibrated stack?  Hard to tell from one subframe what's happening.  You can try to use Enhance Dark Structures script in PI.  I use this function in combination with PS by blending the "standard" image with the enhanced one until I get the desired effect.

You need flat frames to eliminate vignetting and illumination issues. Then you can use an S curve to enhance over all contrast. This process will enhance the dust lanes.

There are fantastic tutorials provided by Kayron Mercieca. I suggest to use this one:

Try the dark structure enhance script in PixInsight.
Edit: I see someone has already suggested this.
