I'm thinking about upgrading my mount (HEQ5 Pro - Rowan belt modded and I've tweaked the worm gears) to something that could maybe handle about twice the payload for AP.

I currently have about 11KG payload on my current mount (Skywatcher 200PDS, ASI1600MM, filter wheel, CC, OAG, ASI290mm guide cam, ZWO EAF and cables)

.  I'm looking for something that will grow with me as I grow with the hobby, but probably need to keep the budget to a few thousand pounds.

Thoughts?

Had a pair EQ6, great mounts. Sold them for a pair of GEM45. Slightly better performance, significantly better software. Guides my 10" newt like a dream. For the money I firmly believe its the best value on the market right now. If you want more capacity you're going to pay close to double for a CEM70 unless you can find a used CEM60.
