I'm processing the data from three sessions in APP and I am getting this error.

But I don't understand why. My flats and darkflats are at the same gain and exposure time as each other. And I am loading all the lights, flats and darkflats and assigning them to the correct session.

I don't know what is causing this.

What about dimensions?

the lights and darks were all binned 2x2, but on the first two sessions I forgot to bin the flats and darkflats. I remembered to do this on the third session.

Could the binning mismatch in the first two sessions be causing this error then?

Yes, that's what's causing the error. They all need to be binned the same.
