Has anyone used Helios Glass filters by Seymour Solar?

I'm looking to get some opinions from folks that have actually used the Helios Glass filters by Seymour Solar for sun photography. I finally got a hold of the place, but I didn't get a good impression from them. My biggest concern is whether or not folks have had any camera sensors damaged using the Helios Glass filters. Seymour Solar said they haven't had any complaints; however, they also don't have any readily available reviews that I can find. I asked them what their policy is if a filter (defective or not) damages a camera sensor. The guy said they have no warranty and if the filter doesn't protect the sensor they won't cover any repair costs.

Please reply only if you have used this particular filter. I'll assume if no one replies after a while that I should look elsewhere for a good filter.
