Hi!
I image from Eastern central Pennsylvania just east of the Poconos.  I moved to this area in 2007 to get away from light pollution and get a NELM of 6 or so here.
I have two piers in my observatory and a friend rented one for a few years.  Another amateur wanted to image here, so I built a second observatory.  So we have a total of 5 piers here, although only three are occupied at present. On the average, we only get 4 to 6 imaging nights a month here in Pennsylvania, the weather being what it is, but we get those roofs open when we can.
I have been imaging for about 12 years now, but still find many new objects to try.  I get the biggest thrill out of capturing galaxies.  The idea that they are millions of light years away and that we can capture details from them is endlessly fascinating for me.
On the site I also maintain a two acre observing field, complete with 110V power, wifi, and a portapotty.  Amateur observers, and a few hardy astrophotographers who don't mind setting up their equipment for a night, use the field for free.  I love this hobby and I am glad to be able to provide a safe observing environment for the many visitors we have.
I am totally impressed with the number of people participating at Astrobin, and the wonderful work they present every day here.
Clear skies to all my astrobin friends,

Well, it is a bit of work, but they do help defray monthly costs and I try to keep them running.  Remote control imaging is a bit like keeping plates spinning, lol.
