Measuring Craters on the Moon?

I’m curious, has any of you ever attempted or estimated what a specific crater or width of a rill on the moon is that doesn’t have any data on it in Moon Globe or other references? I’m sure its done easily with mathematics but I can’t find a calculator or a formula online with my searches. Probably not putting it in right on Google.
I know its pretty easy to just estimate based off of a known crater by scale but thought it would be interesting to get a bit more accurate if I was able to.

Sorry for the dumb question but thought it was an interesting topic.

Yes I have Roberts PDF, I’m looking for some way to measure the small craters that are not listed on normal/common lists.
