There are a lot of good answers here. From what I can see,
1) It looks like you may have stray light caused by a light leak. The circular pattern in your stacked image provides the strongest evidence that this is the case.
2) Clouds can indeed produce this sort of variation in the background, but they never produce a circular pattern.
3) It could be frost on the chamber window but that’s not normally the way that it looks. You will most likely see a dark region in the center when there is frost.
The pillow-like checkerboard pattern in your stacked data may indicate that you have the offset set too low in your camera. Make sure that it is set to be somewhere between 30 and 50 ADU.
