Does anyone know how to send a support request to Touptek ? The support link on touptekastro.com redirects to a page on touptek-astro.com and that one has been down for weeks now.

On my machine the page is up, No redirect is it not sending after you fill everything out?
Hmmm, that is weird. For weeks now I have been getting a message that a secured connection cannot be established. I get it on my desktop, on all my mobiles devices and on all browsers.
Anyway, thanks for the reply, I’ll try to figure out what’s wrong on my end.
Hard to tell; clean up associated cookies and such; the certificate has been updated 11/25, and expires 11/26…
I think it’s a combination of something wrong with their certificate and Apple being too strict. After removing Toupte-Astro.com from the cache and cookies I am getting this
I guess it’s a good think my old Windows PC still works 😀

The reference to “http” looks suspicious; have you tried “https” explicitly?

I found the issue. Freaking ISP…….they added some sort of security to their service and enabled it without ever telling me. I have been having this issue with Touptek web site for over a month now and I just found it it’s another one of those damn “Opt out” instead of ‘Opt in'“ things that companies try to force down our throats.
God I miss the good old times where businesses I give money to didn’t think I am too stupid to manage my life myself 😠
