I just processed the Leo Triplet galaxies in Siril and GIMP, and I don't see any blue in these galaxies (other galaxies had the same issue, notably M31, which I processed earlier). Is this normal, or did I miss something?

This image is composed of 65 300-second exposures.

Yes, as I suppose you took them with an OSC camera. SPCC needs to be performed (and hence plate solving) to bring out the proper colours including some bluish, which should be obvious in M66.

You need better color correction, right now it’s all trending towards the yellow. Now OSC is not going to knock you over with color but you can do better than this. To do so, plate solve the image and then apply SPCC to get the correct colors. You need to do that before you do any stretching or other manipulation. When you do stretch you might start out with a pass of ASIN stretch, that will help preserve the color you have. There are a couple of things to look for to see if you have decent color correction. Look at the stars, they should all be one color. You should see a range from blue to orange. also, look at your diffraction spikes. Again, they should be one color but more like a rainbow staring out blue near the star and red on the outer parts.

Ok merci, cette méthode de calibration des couleurs a bien fonctionné. Avant j’utilisait la méthode de la photométrie.
