Hello dear community,

I’m a passionate astrophotographer based in Germany, currently operating a remote setup in Southern France. I truly enjoy working on long integration projects and deep exposure datasets, especially challenging emission nebulae.

However, I sometimes struggle to find the time and occasionally the processing expertise even with some excellent YouTube Tutorials alongside. To fully bring out the potential of my data. That’s why I’m looking for individuals or small groups who would be interested in processing my datasets and possibly collaborating on future projects. I’m very open to discussing and imaging targets that you would also enjoy working on.

As a recent example, I have a 35+ hour dataset on NGC 6888 (The Crescent Nebula).
Captured with:

  • C8 EdgeHD (native 2000mm)

  • QHY 268M

  • SkyWatcher HEQ5 Pro

  • 10-minute sub-exposures

  • Full Ha, OIII, and LRGB dataset

  • Calibrated master files available

If you’re interested in collaborating or would like to work on this dataset, feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect with fellow astrophotographers and create something great together.

Clear skies!

Hey mate, thank you, I really appreciate it!

By the way, I absolutely love your wildlife images on Flickr they’re amazing as well.

Here’s the link where you can download the calibrated, FITS files aswell as a little Starless Sneak Peak I managed to produce:

Please don’t worry too much about the star shapes. I’m still working on sorting that issue out with my EdgeHD 8.

Thanks again!

Thanks. I will give it a go!

Looks like Ha wasn’t stretched but oxygen was? It is usually best to share unprocessed, calibrated images for processing to ensure consistency. Here’s what I was able to produce from your Ha and Oiii images. If you have the original post-stacking, that would be better to start from scratch with.

The stars weren’t able to be processed properly given the state of the data but the starless process looks decent.📷 HOOClassic_clone.jpgHOOClassic_clone.jpg
