I keep getting this error when I try to install Python Torch in SAS pro. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

If you’re certain that no other installers are running, I’d guess that a previous installer crashed out and didn’t clean up after itself. I’d probably take the risk and reboot the computer, then delete the lock file and try running the installer again

It turned out I had multiple versions installed. Once I cleaned that up, everything installed fine.
