Hi,

has everyone some watching about the internet availability of astrobin website?

Ainse about four days I have marked that the internet speed of the website of Astrobin becomes more and more slowly. It takes minutes to show pictures (Including my own gallery) as well as news from users I have subcribed. Today i needs also several trials to reach the ligin website of astrobin.

My internet connection seems to be ok, other wesite are working good, like Youtube.

Has anybody an idea what happens with the website?

At the moment, monitoring does not show any general performance issues on AstroBin. When slowness affects only some users, it is usually related to local factors such as the browser, network connection, or device configuration.

To help narrow this down, I suggest trying the following on your side:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date

  • Completely restart the browser

  • Clear the browser cache and cookies

  • Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools

  • Try accessing AstroBin in a private or incognito window

  • If possible, try a different browser to rule out a browser-specific issue

  • If you are using a VPN or a corporate network, try disabling it temporarily

If the issue persists after these checks, please contact support via the Help menu and include which browser and operating system you are using, as well as whether the problem also occurs on other devices or networks. That will allow this to be looked at properly.
