At the moment, monitoring does not show any general performance issues on AstroBin. When slowness affects only some users, it is usually related to local factors such as the browser, network connection, or device configuration.
To help narrow this down, I suggest trying the following on your side:
Make sure your browser is up to date
Completely restart the browser
Clear the browser cache and cookies
Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools
Try accessing AstroBin in a private or incognito window
If possible, try a different browser to rule out a browser-specific issue
If you are using a VPN or a corporate network, try disabling it temporarily
If the issue persists after these checks, please contact support via the Help menu and include which browser and operating system you are using, as well as whether the problem also occurs on other devices or networks. That will allow this to be looked at properly.
