Astrophotography on a Budget – Milky Way from the City Center

Is it really possible to photograph the Milky Way from the middle of a city under heavy light pollution?

In this video I show how infrared (IR-pass) astrophotography and affordable equipment can reveal details that are normally lost in urban skies. No dark locations, no expensive setups, just practical techniques that actually work.

If you’re interested in astrophotography on a budget, imaging from light-polluted locations, infrared techniques, and DIY astronomy, this video is for you.

Let me know what you think and feel free to share it with anyone curious about urban astrophotography.

Highly doubt it, even with a super long exposure itd be damn near impossible to image. Id reccomend using a light pollution map and going to the outskirts of your city, im from a bortle 5 area and i can capture this with a 30 second exposure. The Milky Way Via Bortle 5 Suburban Skies.
