My seestar s30 images are too red. I was taking M31 last night. It was a partial moon night. The live images shown in my mobile is like below. A reddish one. Is it due to light pollution ? But at the same time my S50 images were normal . Why is so ? is it my equipment problem ? during capturing nebulas, i also saw the same, the s30 images are too reddish than S50.Is it a firmware update problem ? Or my equipment has flaws ?📷 Screenshot 2025-11-27 at 6.41.22 PM.png

I can only guess, as I’ve never SeeStarred.

But it does look like a hyper sensitivity to Light Pollution.

Do you have HPS (High Pressure Sodium) lighting to shoot through?

If it can’t be fixed by changing settings or aiming direction, I’d be calling your dealer or SeeStar.
