Monitor Color Space - AOC 24g4x and AOC 24g4xed

Hi, I have these two monitors: AOC 24g4x and AOC 24g4xed

Among the various settings, I found one for the monitor's color space.

I think it's important to choose the right one because I want accurate colors since I use my PC for photo and video editing.

Honestly, I don't know what color profile I use in Siril, Graxpert but maybe on Photoshop is Adobe's.

I set the color space to sRGB, while both monitors initially had the Native setting.

I also use Da Vinci Resolve for videos.

Can someone give me some advices ?

Hi Roberto,

For processing you should set the monitor colour to Adobe RGB and the last step when converting for uploading to the web is convert to sRGB. Adobe RGB uses 16bit colour depth while sRGB only uses 8 bit.

A better practice would be to get a monitor calibrator like Calibrite ot whatever and then calibrate your monitor to 6500°K and use that for processing.

Make a search in the internet for colour management.
