Missing COM Port After Changing Mount

Due to a mount failure I’ve had to change to a new mount. (CEM 70) In N.I.N.A. all of my equipment hooked up to the mount without problems except my ROR which uses an Arduino/RRCI for connection. With my previous mount COM 6 was always used. Now, for some reason it is not available and the COM’s offered don’t work. This negates the ability of N.I.N.A. to use Cloudwatcher/Solo to close roof in the event of rain.

I need to solve this problem or if it can’t be resolved get another system in place.

I tried to post on Discord but N.I.N.A. has been moved to GitHub and not being a computer person I found it impossible to navigate so I’m hoping for some help here.

Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.

If the driver situation hasn’t changed, something is disconnected. Start swapping cables. USB cables fail often.

Why are you hooking things up to the mount? Bypass it and run it straight to PC, rule things out.
