Can’t seem to be able to download data in PixInsight Annotate Script - ends with errors.

It appears that the VizieR servers are not accepting connections from PixInsight.
This is affecting anyone who wants to plate-solve with PixInsight, including many thousands of AstroBin Ultimate subscribers.
We (AstroBin and PixInsight) are in touch with VizieR to solve this as soon as possible.
I will email Ultimate subscribers shortly to notify about this.

I though I was going crazy as putting the same URL that returns HTTP 403 during the AnnotateImage run in the browser seem to produce the valid output 🙄
Looks like the issue is resolved!
Yes indeed, VizieR had blocked PixInsight in a sweep to deal with traffic spikes that were causing problems to their infrastructure. They removed this and I restarted the failed jobs on AstroBin.
