Can I connect the new version of the 2600mm pro (p25) to the EFW 7x36 2021 without a tilter, just like the previous 2600mm? The ZWO website doesn't offer this option. Does anyone have the new version and connected it without a tilter to a 7x36 EFW? Can I have some pictures?

It should be possible, what is your imaging train? Did you calculate backfocus?

the website does show that option. with or without tilt plate.

Yes, you can connect it directly, but keep in mind that removing the tilter changes the backfocus from 17.5 mm to 12.5 mm. You’ll need to add a 5 mm spacer to maintain the correct 55 mm total distance to the sensor.

Yes, it is possible. Please refer to this diagram. Depending on your configuration, you may need a 22.5 mm spacer, which is sold separately, or you can use the included 16.5 mm spacer and an additional 5 mm spacer (I did the latter, and it works great).

Also keep in mind that if you don't use an OAG, the mounting holes are exposed and if they are not covered, they will be an obvious source of light leakage. I simply used black electrical tape to cover those holes.
