Hello,

Has anybody experience with the skywatcher Wave150i ?

My wave 150i worked very good until I made some changes in the cable management. In order to have less USB cable between the telescope/mount and the PC, I installed on the telescope platform an USB-Hub with power input. However, after several minutes first the Dec axis did not move and some minutes later also the RA axis.

Meanwhile I have send to the seller for repair.

But it would be of interest for me, if has someone an idea what could happen?

I have the Wave 150i, the whole power management thing is a puzzle to me. For the upper deck I am running a 10 amp power supply which requires the larger plug and it runs power to the upper deck which includes plug in to asiair/guide cam/main cam/focuser. Have not had any serious power issues except at times I get a lightning bolt that comes and goes which can be indicative of power variation. Thinking of getting the Zwo 10 watt power brick which should power the 2600 and everything else.
