Correction, it's 25” my bad.

But is that from the center of the pivot point or the length of the CW bar?

If you are concerned it’s too long, then what I did on my CEM70 was bought the extension for the counter weight shaft and took the original out and fitted the extension straight into the mount, it just screws in, in its place, this is great as the extension is a few inches shorter than the original bar, so you then have three options of length bars, original, original and extension, or just the extension. Simples 😀
