Looking to find someone who has used NINA successfully with a Robofocus :-)
I’m having some problems getting a robust autofocus routine going in NINA.
I’m using the ASCOM.DeviceHubFocuser driver.
I’ve fine tuned the various settings and get a very good reproducible symmetrical V curve. However, it appears there could be a driver issue as the Robofocus is not moving accurately to the perfect position. I’ve tried both Absolute and Overshoot modes. Both are always between 5 and 7 Robofocus steps OUT. Setting different Backlash values doesn’t affect.
This appear to be a ‘Move/Position command’ issue via the driver interface.
Anyone out there with a similar experience using Robofocus and NINA?
