This is my Best image so far, it's of the Fighting Dragons. It's a 2 panel mosaic and my main goal was to create a Hubble palette image from the Antlia Ha & OIII filter i recently bought to pair with my 533mc pro.

https://app.astrobin.com/u/Ksunil333?i=yec7jg#gallery

Linear Preprocessing

Stack with WBPP
Crop with DynamicCrop
Remove gradients using ABE
SCNR

Extract Ha and OIII
Use ChannelExtraction (RGB):

Create HOO Colour Image
Combine Ha and OIII into an RGB image using PixelMath

Linear Processing Before Stretching
Run BlurXTerminator
Run NoiseXTerminator
Run StarXTerminator

Stretch the Starless Image
Stretch the image with HistogramTransformation and STF

Enhance Colours and Contrast
RGB/K tab: Apply soft S-curve for contrast
Saturation tab: Increase saturation slightly
Red channel: Lift midtones to enhance Ha
Blue channel: Boost mids for OIII
Green channel: Slightly reduce

Add Stars Back
Slightly stretch stars-only image with HistogramTransformation

Thats my full process, I Developed it from a mix of places so i'm still no where near finding my full workflow, any advice is greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Sunil

You got no Sulphur so why call it SHO when you got no S? Make it OOH and you'll get a better gamut never mind the colours.

Thanks for pointing that out. I called it SHO more out of habit since I was aiming for that look, but yeah, no SII means it’s definitely not technically SHO. I’ll give OOH mapping a try like you suggested hadn’t thought of it that way, and it might give me a better result with the actual data I’ve got. Really appreciate the feedback!
