Something Wrong With My, Seastar? How can I fix it?

Hello and welcome.
I'd like to ask everyone who is using the Seastar or they have experience in this situation. As of right now, im trying to polar align my Seastar, which I did.
And I come across this issue here. Instead of looking up in the sky, my seastar is looking downwards or not looking at the sky at all just a random direction.
Has anyone met this issue or knows how to address this?
Cause im seriously don't know what I'm doing wrong here.  Or what's happening?

I had the same problem as you did until I looked at the diagram when setting up for EQ mode. Make sure your power button/battery strength is pointing upwards. It won't plate solve unless you pay attention to the direction of the battery scale/ power button pointing up. Just look at the EQ mode diagram and it should work the way it should.

Yep. Seems like you just need to reposition your S50. See attached screenshot (courtesy of Agena Astro shop).

What steps did you take before this ? What direction was button facing when you started?   if eq mode should face down to start.

I usually set it up looking in the opposite direction of my house, which is south, and the garden is north.
And since the house is in the south I set it to face the north.
And as the app says it should be facing the sky.
Like in the image I showed.
Guess I didn't really set it up to face the sky completely?
