here is a little, handy calculator for image filesizes. Just enter the bit depth, and width, height in pixels and it shows you the filesize.

The actual size shown on your computer depends on your filesystem (WIndows, Apple OS, MAC, Linux) but this shows you the raw numbers and you get the idea of it.
