Hello All,
Just wanted to introduce myself here, I first began my interest in astrophotography about 10 years ago after getting a dslr and discovering long exposure photography. I joined my local astronomy club for a year but didn't pursue heavily until about a year ago when I purchased my first telescope a Skywatcher 80ed & EQ6-R Pro (trying to future proof, turns out that didn't work lol). Over the winter and a lot of trial and error I was starting to get the hang of it, as well as developing the usual aperture fever. I ended up getting married this May and moving into our first house. The house is in a bortle 5 area with no obstructions in the backyard so, I went all out and built a 8' X 12' ROR observatory (I've attached some not so current photos) to house my new iOptron CEM120 & iOptron 10" Truss Tube RC.
I'm glad to be here to learn from other photographers and share my own work!
