The Quiet Cosmos - Giuseppe Alonci avatar
Hello everyone, I am super happy of joining this community smile I am a chemist with a passion for astronomy since when I was six. After a long pause, I have recently decided to resuscitate my passion and to take it more seriously. I have purchasedat the end of January 2025 my first telescope (a Maksutov 127/1500 AZ-GO2) and I started my journey into astrophotography. I am now using a Skywatcher Quattro 150P that I have modified with clip mask and flocking.
I am using a full spectrum Canon 700D and a ZWO ASI 662MC.
I still have a lot to learn and I hope that this community will give me inspiration and learning opportunities smile

p.s. I have also published a book (in Italian): "La Chimica dell'Universo", Piemme, where I speak a little bit about astrochemistry and the role of chemistry in space exploration smile
